Distance Markers along John Wilson Ocean Drive

We’re very excited to announce the installation of distance markers along John Wilson Ocean Drive.

These markers have been added every 100 meters along one side of the road and are double-sided, displaying the distance travelled in both directions.

The full route - from the bollards to the lookout and back - spans approximately 3 kilometres, making it perfect for walkers, runners, and anyone wanting to enjoy this much-loved coastal area.

We hope these new markers help you track your progress, set new goals, and stay active while taking in the beautiful scenery along John Wilson Ocean Drive.
