When you provide personal information to us, we will comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for them to use for their own purposes.

The results from Dream South D’s surveys will be shared and published with no personal information included.

We may collect the following personal information from you:

• your name

• your contact information

• your location.

We do this in order to:

• support survey results with statistical analysis

• get back in touch with you with updates about Dream South D.

If you volunteer to work on a community project with us, we may collect other personal information about you. We do this in order to:

• help us find a role that best suits your skills and strengths. 

• keep you safe when you work with us.

We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure, centralised location that only approved staff may access.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
