South D Skip Day
Dream South D will be hosting another free skip day for our community to have a clean up, get rid of general household rubbish, declutter and spring clean! This event is for South Dunedin residents, and there’s a limit of one load per household please!
Date: Saturday 16th May
Time: 11 am-2 pm (or until skip is full)
Location: Victoria Road Carpark (next to the Dunedin Ice Stadium), 120 Victoria Road, St Kilda
FREE E-Waste Collection !!!
Trailer onsite for E-Waste until it is full - No commercial E-waste accepted. TVs, monitors, small appliances, computers, cellphones, keyboards, and home printers welcome.
Soft Plastic Recycling onsite
Free Store area - (weather dependent) Is your trash someone’s treasure? Drop to the Free Store area onsite or take what you need.
PLEASE NOTE: due to Skip weight limits and materials that the tip must refuse, we absolutely can not accept these items:
NO green waste, furniture, large appliances , building waste, commercial waste, hazardous waste, concrete, bricks, soil, polystrene, liquids, paint, solvents, oils, chemicals, asbestos, fibrolite, tyres, expanded foam, hot ash, explosives or flammable waste.
No flood damaged/contaminated items or materials accepted.
