Mid-Winter Lights - Approved.
Lorne Street – expected to be complete by end of October. All agreed SGC Services to be booked in. Approved.
Bathgate Park – good communication with DCC so know what is needed for other projects.
Sports Reconnect – went very well, around double attendance – 132 came through vs around 62 last time. Manageable number of people. Around half the donations were taken. Sport Otago took what wasn’t picked up and will store. Other regions also run similar events so Sport Otago will try to coordinate better with other events too. Great ODT article.
Skip Day – excellent event again, more people in attendance, more skips filled.
