A. Administration matters

• Minutes of previous meeting - Moved Warren, second Bridget.

• Rosie’s request for more hours - In Committee.

A separate meeting to be arranged.

C. Finances

• Financial Report - Approved.

D. Projects

• Lorne Street – investigate whether can have open event during South Dunedin Street Festival. 

  • Lighting plan: submitted to DCC in the past. 7-pin NEMA sockets mandatory per DCC. DCC will cover cost to repair existing broken lights. Board agrees to go with Electrician light recommendation. Inform DCC of our decision. 

  • Fountain: Email DCC as below. 

  • Scoping budget remaining – use for Lorne Street. Board agrees. 

  • Artwork – at DSD Board Meeting 11 August 2026 – Blue Pātiki pattern was approved. This has not changed. 

• Bathgate Park - opening 3 Oct, play parks event, BBQ – covered by budget.

• Communication Boards - great feedback from community.

• Did You Know Dots - phase 2.

• Halloween – this year starts at 3pm finish by 6pm. Hand to “another” community group, not a commercial organisation. Invite Rock Solid.

• Tainui School Garden – polythene to line raised beds, soil, plants.  Donate $1000 for soil and plants.  Moved: Bridget Second: Warren.
