Motion: That the minutes of the last meeting are approved.
Seconded: Juliet. All agreed.

Motion: That the proposed revisions to the Financial Policy are approved. 
Seconded: Juliet. All agreed.

Motion: That the proposed revisions to the Governance Policy are approved. 
Seconded: Warren. All agreed.

It was noted that engaging Marks & Worth as the Trust’s lawyers was approved by trustees via email on 22 August 2023. 

Lease: Sarah reported on discussions with the landlord of 183 King Edward St and the proposed Agreement to Lease. We will sign a Deed of Lease closer to time of occupation.

Motion: That the Agreement to Lease is approved for the Chair to sign, pending discussion with the lawyer about any steps we can take if not satisfied with the fit out.  
Seconded: Denise. All agreed. 

Engagement results: Nikita and Sally presented the results of the engagement phase, including high level themes and the stories and trends from the data. Trustees discussed the findings including what might be in and out of scope for the project.    

Action: Nikita/Sally to email their presentation to the board.
