Decisions by email are noted: Feedback on DIA milestone report; 

Project proposals for the garden network and lampposts projects. These were approved.

A. Work Programme

1. Operations Report - The board would like a kōha for Studio 2 of $500 for resources

   To note: The board would like the windows of the office to be used to promote Dream South D. projects, recruit volunteers and tell the story of our work and our projects.

B. Governance Issues

1. A vote of thanks to Sarah for her services as Chair and all that went with it in setting up Dream South D. Unanimously supported.

2. Discussion on the role of chair: Several of the tasks have been redistributed. We are leaving this for now.

3. Developing a relationship with Council to increase collaboration - considered as part of operations discussion.

   
   Work programme - The board considered the list of quick win projects suggested by the team and created a long list that also included their own ideas. The board came up with a short list of projects which are achievable in the next few months.
