Motion passed: The minutes of the meeting of 1 February 2023 are approved.  

Personnel changes - Sarah reported that Hurihia is now our lead DIA advisor, taking over from Rachael. The group accepted resignations from Warren Edlin and Karley Parker. Sarah said that Karley is happy to be consulted by DSD on accessibility topics.

Action: Alec to let the SDCN rōpū and staff know of resignations by Warren and Karley, and the change to Hurihia as our lead DIA advisor. 

Action: Sarah to organise a voucher for Karley from ArtZone.   

Action: Sarah to invite Warren to a morning tea.

Action: Sarah to get the thank you card to Rachael. 

Recruitment - The meeting decided that one person from the steering group will act as the key contact for the employee and meet with them regularly. The rest of the discussion concerned specific applicants and was held in committee. 

Action: Sarah to start a google doc for drafting the employment schedule to the MOU with the Network.

Action: The interview panel will, after completing the interviews, come back to the rest of the steering group and Hurihia with a recommendation.

Finances - Robyn has started generating financial reports for us. Payments since last meeting were passed by email.

Action: Sarah to email financial reports to the steering group.

Action: Juliet to take a look at the financial reports and report back on format etc

Street Festival on 1 April - Bridget has a table and Kathryn has a gazebo for the DSD stand.

Action: Bridget to start a google doc for planning for the Street Festival.
