A. Administration matters

Fully funded - celebration time!
Rent renewal for the building.
Runs out 31 Aug 2027, after that we can renew a year at a time. Increase of 3.5% rent until Aug next year. All agreed.
Finance meeting with Rosie, Warren, Helen went well.
Looking after Vanessa while Rosie is away.
Bridget’s new gig - and inability to get to the office during the day.

B. Projects -

Navy Park - Volleyball nets will be concreted in soon; Kaituna Posts in progress.
Bathgate Park - Table and water fountain approved to be wheelchair accessible.
Lorne Street - Donation from Westpac Bank.
Sports Reconnect – approved 6 June providing no other events happening that day.
Skip Day – approved.

Transition out funding application is next.
If the team wants to continue for a year post DSD CLDP, we would need to be applied for as a separate fund a year before.
