Dream South D Trust board - motions passed via email 15 February 2024

An agenda and related documents were circulated to the board on 9 February but the board meeting of 13 February 2024 was cancelled. The chair sent an email to trustees on 14 February with motions to be passed, and by 15 February five of the six other trustees had replied.

Motion: That the minutes of the board meeting of 21 November 2023 are approved.
Seconded: Denise Ives. All agreed.

Motion: That the board approves the measures for service performance reporting.
Seconded: Bridget Schaumann. All agreed.

Motion: That the proposed budgets for a funding application to the DIA for a project coordinator and communications/community engagement are approved.
Seconded: Denise Ives. All agreed.

Motion: That the financial reports as at 12 February 2024 are approved.
Seconded: Denise Ives. All agreed.

Motion: That the board approves the credit card limit being set at $4,000.
Seconded: Denise Ives. All agreed.
