Election of a new chair - deferred

Motion: That the minutes of the board meeting of 17 September are approved.

Draft motion: The board accepts the resignation of Nikita Choveaux, with her final day of work being 8 November 2024. We wish her all the best in her new position and are grateful for her service.

A. Work programme

Operations report (including community mural evaluation) - two questions from the team regarding Did You Know Dots and Lorne St. 

• Dots in corflute - 20 for stage 1. In a condensed area, depending on where they are able to find supporting information. 

• Lorne Street - team to scope costs for a designer for Lorne Street, several costs needed, after discussions with Kathryn and Warren in the coming days.

• Changes in the team: Future team structure; recruitment process; review the job descriptions for the DSD roles.

Financial report September

Monthly financial summary - Sarah had made a draft. Board like it and wants it to continue. This will be rolled out in future. 

The PC/Comms budget: Sarah will speak to Karen and find out what the issue is and then if necessary will speak to the accountant. 

Farewells for Nikita and Nic. 

Shift meeting to during the day?  Suggested 4 - 5.30 on a Wednesday as a possibility.
